In the spirit of doing things that are good for me (and ultimately for the family) I found my walking park and have set aside an hour each day to do it. It feels indulgent but if I can convince myself it is ifor the good of everyone (my health will improve as will my depressive tendencies–this I have experienced)then I will do it.

There are donkeys and horses by the park. And lots and lots of neighbor kitties. And creeks! And rabbits 🙂

It felt REALLY good. Still does and it was two hours ago.
